Mini Tyrrell and the #81 Mini T's Fastest Grease In The East team begin the 2021 CARS Tour season with a trek down I-95 to Dillon Motor Speedway in South Carolina's Pee Dee region on March 6.

"I can't wait to get back in the car at Dillon Motor Speedway," said Mini. "I'm looking forward to starting my third season with the CARS Tour. It's always a great experience and I can't wait to see what 2021 holds for us."

This will be Mini's initial foray on the 4/10-mile track, which was built originally as a dirt oval in 1966. Located just 7 miles from the longtime tourist destination South of the Border, the track is rooted in the Southland where rows of cotton scented with jasmine and magnolia dotted the landscape.

"I've never been to Dillon Motor Speedway, but I'm looking forward to racing at new places this year," Mini said. "It looks like my kind of track with a good amount of banking and tight corners. It'll be interesting to see how tire wear plays out during the race."

Mini was selected for the CARS Tour Touring 12 for the third consecutive year. He is just one of four drivers who've been a part of the incentive-based program for the last three years.
